Elias in the studios, they record several tracks together including

Nick and Andy work on new material in LA for two weeks

John's
solo single "I do what I do" is released in UK

and Nick meet in London to discuss and plan next Duran album,
they have difficulty
getting in touch with Andy

Simon joins John and Nick to begin writing lyrics.
Simon pursues Andy
