Warren was born on 8th December 1956 to Jerry and Ellen Cuccurullo. He has two Brothers and a sister - Jerry, Rob and Stephanie.

He lived in LA from 1978 to 1989 when he then moved to London.

Warren is a macrobiotic/vegan.

Before becoming a musician Warren worked in his father's printing business, drove a truck and gave guitar lessons.

He played with Frank Zappa's band from December 1978 - January 1980.

In 1980 he formed Missing Persons with Dale and Terry Bozzio and he was with them until he joined Duran Duran to play on their 
Notorious Album in 1986.

In 1994 he recorded a debut solo album called "Thanks to Frank".

He has also worked with Michael Jackson and Meat Loaf.

In 2001 Warren left Duran Duran to reform his previous band - Missing Persons, Warren has also been working on solo material and working in his co-owned restaurant.
